ITCareerPro is an organization dedicated to the education, training and development of professionals within the Information Technology arena. Technology is constantly changing and keeping current of the latest trends is critical to the success of any IT career prfessional. ITCareerPro provides a community for like-minded professionals to gather, network with peers, hear from industry professionals and participate in building their own careers.


Neill Hopkins, President
Neill has over 27 years experience in the IT industry as a business owner selling printers, plotters, digitizers and networking equipment. More recently, Neill was a senior executive managing a $30 million certification business for CompTIA. A Mechanical Engineer by training, Neill has served on the US Department of Labor’s Advisory Council on Apprenticeship, is a member of the Editorial Board for Certification Magazine and A Project Director for the Taproot Foundation. Passionate about training and education, Neill enjoys the rewards afforded by providing individuals the tools and resources needed to get the right skills to be successful in today’s global economic markets.

Neill studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Natal, Durban, South Africa, holds a National Technician’s Diploma from The Rhodesian Polytechnic, is a CNA (Certified Novell Administrator), CIP (Certified Internet Professional), CNS, and a Miller Heiman Alumni.


George Kopetski, Executive Vice-President
ITCareerPro Executive Vice-President, George Kopetski has enjoyed over 30 years of business experience, and has played an important role in the maturation and growth of the IT industry since the 1980’s. His diverse background ranges from Senior Operational roles with Motorola, Executive positions within the Broadband video industry, and key customer facing roles at SARCOM, a major IT services provider, and more recently at CompTIA, the preeminent global IT trade association.

George was also instrumental in the successful market growth of DirectTV in the period from 2000 to 2004 when he serviced nearly 25% of DirecTV’s entire customer base and managed a staff of over 2200 industry professionals.

George is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada and holds numerous industry certifications and business credentials.
